The service uses automated sales forecasts and analytics tools and is currently under development. As a test user, you get free access to the service.

In some cases, we may use external services to process data, such as OpenAI's API, which powers our AI assistant within the dashboard. Data sent to OpenAI is used solely to generate relevant responses and is not used to train their models. However, OpenAI may retain data temporarily to monitor for misuse or to improve system performance, in accordance with their own data usage policy.

We reserve the right to discontinue the use of external APIs (such as OpenAI) at any time if terms of use change or data security can no longer be guaranteed.

If you prefer not to have any of your data processed via external services like OpenAI, please contact us — we will ensure that your data is excluded from such processing.

4. Limitation of Liability

The forecasts generated by the system are based on historical data, external factors, and AI/ML models. While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee flawless results or complete elimination of waste.

Use of third-party services (such as OpenAI) is done with care and within contractual limits, but Foreqast AI disclaims liability for any interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies caused by these external services.

The service is currently free for test users.

Ahead of our upcoming commercial launch, clear pricing plans will be announced — tailored to factors such as your company’s turnover.

You will always be informed well in advance before any fees are introduced.

6. Termination of Account

Both you and Foreqast AI have the right to terminate access to the service at any time.

If you wish to delete your data and end your test usage, please contact us by email.
